Top Ten Best Animals 

DogDomesticated house hold pets that have evolved from wolves . They are sometimes bred with other species of wolves or dogs to create desirable purebreds or a new species of dogs.

I have loved dogs since I was two years old, literally. I have one, and she is just the sweetest! They are definitely my favorite of all animals, but here is my top ten list:
1. Dog
2. Cat (SO independent, plus the kittens are so cute! )
3. Polar Bear (I love their fur, and I love the way the females are such great moms)
4. Seal (So playful! )
5. Jaguar (I saw a baby jaguar at the zoo, and now I am hooked! )
6. Elephant (The herds of elephants are so tightly knitted together, it makes my hurt want to burst how they look out for each other. )
7. Hummingbird (We get a ton of these at my house in the summer, and once one actually sat ON MY HAND! It was so cute and tiny! )
8. Lion (Majestic, fierce, proud. )
9. Bunny (Oh my word, these are just so cute! )
10. Lamb (I love their wooly, curly fur, and they are just so amazingly, irresistibly cute! )M+81

I believe dogs are strong animals, not only physically, but mentally. I recently adopted a dog who came from an absolutely horrible past. We were looking into getting her DNA tested to see what breeds she is a mix of, but we are guessing German Shepherd Terrier Mix. Her story is rough, but she's started to turn things around, I must warn whoever reads this, but her past is heartbreaking. She was born on February 3, 2010, and she is currently 6 years old, and her name is Tori. The poor girl started out when she first got adopted as a young adult (supposedly a puppy) and lived outside ONLY, in a pen, with another dog. She was never allowed inside and the only thing in the fenced-in area, was another dog, and a doghouse, with some food/water. Unfortunately, we don't know the whole story, but she was rescued and adopted again. She was adopted by a family in December of 2014, but she got away the very same day they adopted her. Not only are dogs great pets for people who just want to stroke their backs and relax. But also for being active by, going for a walk or playing fetch.

Sure some maybe aggressive, that's mainly because their owner locked them up in a kennel all the time or chain them up on a doghouse or something else

I think most of the time people misjudge cats. They are very smart animals, and independent. A lot of people think you can't train cats, but my cat is trained to sit, lie down, roll over, open doors, play fetch, and much, much more! One nice things about cats, but can also lead to some people disliking cats is the fact that some take a while to warm up to people, the good thing is once they get to know you they can be your best friend.

It is a simple fact that wolves are more intelligent than dogs. Wolves are in packs. The alpha wolves are the leaders and their goal is simple. Keep them alive. The betas train the delta wolves into beta wolves and the omega wolf normally stays as omega and eats last. The wolves find the prey's weakness and herd them to it. Then when they get a chance to strike, they finish it off. Most people think wolves are dumb because they howl at the moon.
But actually this is like preying. The wolves howl at the moon to prey. That is not known for sure but I have found that theory about why wolves howling at the moon. They take care of each other and staying tough in the hardest conditions of weather. They all work as a team to survive. It is so sad when the mother has pups she dies. NUMBER 7!? This is the best animal in existence that is real. I can understand monkeys being popular, they are my third favorite. Penguins don't want to fly because flying is for 5-year old Justin Bieber fans. Flying is for ducks, and if you've seen Daffy Duck, you can understand why that is an insult to flying. Penguins can swim, and that is way better than any other bird that flies besides hawks. Blue Jays fly, but their food is on the ground. Penguins swim, and they eat fish. VOTE PENGUINS!M+29

I think horses should be the first. They are beautiful, intelligent, spiritual, and they were a big part of history. I have only been riding horses for almost 2 years and I have fallen in love. I leased a horse for 3 months and it was amazing, a lot of responsibility, but still amazing. Now I am leasing another horse and it is the best thing ever. Also once you love horses most people never stop. I also always feel better when I am around horses.M+6

Seriously, elephants are amazing! Their trunks are amazing! The elephant's trunk contains over 40,000 muscles, divided into as many as 150,000 individual units! Compare that to the human body, which contains a paltry 639 muscles, and you start to get an idea how intricate the appendage is. Their resourcefulness is also surprising. I mean, using their ears as fans, eating rocks to help digest, and using their trunks to bath themselves in dirt or water; it's incredible! But my favorite thing about them is their love of their young. Their fierce protection and devotion to them, not to mention the babies are adorable. AND, a women is the alpha of the group! WAY TO GO WOMEN ELEPHANTS!M+9

I can't believe elephants did not make top ten. Despite the fact that elephants are most widely used animals in corporate advertising. The lions, panda, penguin don't belong around humans as much as dogs, cats and elephants do. If dogs, cats made it then elephant should do. Snakes are some the oldest animals on earth today. They are ancient and mankind as always been fascinated and terrified of them. The oldest known religion was Python worship over 70,000 years ago. Boa constrictors do not get big enough to eat a human. The only snakes that could eat a human are reticulated pythons and anacondas. Maybe rock pythons. Also, there's no such thing as a snake "stretching out its stomach" to get ready to eat something. their stomach stretches when they swallow their food, if it's bigger than them. Why is rabbit not at the top of this. Rabbits are the cutest animals ever. An argument can be made that some dogs are cutter than rabbits, but some species of dogs (AKA the smaller ones) are loud, unfriendly and annoying. All Rabbits love humans. They love being petted and love to cuddle with anyone or anything they meet. They come up to you when you enter the room and stand on they're hind legs like little babies so that you can pick them up. They move to play games and to run around and explore where they live. One time I found my rabbit in my little brothers room cuddling among his stuffed animals. It was adorable.M+19

Rabbits are cute and spunky; My pet bunny saw a carrot onto of a chair and she jumped from pillow to pillow to get there. The carrot was supposed to be in a cake.M+10
